Get A Body Detox From the Store- Featured in the Blackbelt Gazette

When the seasons change, it is the optimal time to detoxify your internal organs as well as your skin. A complete body detox shouldn’t cost more than a crate full of seasonal produce from the farmer’s market and eight glasses of water a day. Herbal and green teas, probiotics, and supplements can also be included. Detoxing can start and finish over the weekend or continue for five or more days.

A typical fall detoxification attempts to rid the body of excess mucus, oils, and toxins with seasonal, sour, and pungent foods. Go for fresh juices and raw fruits and vegetables for the best results. Fall foods: lemons, limes, sauerkraut, pickles, apples, grapes, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, dark leafy greens, pears, pumpkins, winter squash, yams, ginger, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar.

A one day fresh, red grape juice fast can boost your immune system with the antioxidant vitamin C, promote diuretic properties, support the circulatory system, and reduce excess body fluids and bladder inflammation.
