Marinated Collard Greens (Raw Food Recipe)



Ingredients:
1 bunch collard greens destemmed and shredded
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp garlic minced (or to taste)
1/8 cup Braggs
2 bunches of scallions thinly chopped
1 tomatoe finely chopped
1 Tbsp cold pressed extra virgin olive oil (opt) to Garnish

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together and allow to marinate overnight or at least 4 hours, if you can wait that long and garnish with olive oil
