This is the raw version of one of my favorite dishes, the only thing that is missing tomato puree which I was fresh out- but it tastes the same without it,. Next time I will add a a blended mixture of dried tomato and tomato. Mmmmm, I believe the more Indian dishes I am able to make in a raw version, the closer I'll get to my goal.
I had also made an incredibly delicious (and exactly the same taste) minced Vindaloo using walnuts and spices. It's so delicious!
Broccoli Potato Soup
This was yummy and had the same creamy taste as the cooked version. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it had to be eaten rather fast because of the chalky residue. I'm big on texture.
I juiced a few gold potatoes, broccoli, added spices and herbs and blended the mixture with almonds and strained. I just have to perfect it by eliminating the chalky residue that I believe was from the potatoes.
