June Skin Update

The new regimen has worked wonders on my skin- even for my gluten intolerance (so hard to give up restaurant chinese lol)

Well he's my progress thus far- no break major break outs even after eating gluten although the skin becomes very oily.



(I found my adapter to my camera- Yeah! These are from June 10th..Great progress! )

The new regimen is:
#1 
Drinking tons of water
#2
1 capsules of each: burdock and red clover in the morning before breakfast :)  during none PMS period and including evening prime rose and flax oils during PMS and menses.
#3
Cleanse daily with mild soap (Burt's Bees or whatever you like)


I've also reduced the amount of oil used in cooking or excluded it all together.

 

See clear skin no pimples- still working on the darkening from old blemishes :(
