1 cup Flax seeds ground
3-4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder (or to taste)
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
Vanilla to taste (opt)
2 Tbsp Honey (or Agave to taste)
Put dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and use a whisk to evenly distribute ingredients. In a blender add the wet ingredients until banana puree is lump free. Slowly pour and stir wet ingredients into bowl of dry ingredients. Roll dough into a ball. Texture of the dough should not be too dry nor too mushy. Divide dough into individual balls. Flatten each ball and stick finger through the center to form a donut shape. Your donuts are ready to eat!
