1 bunch of Chard de-stemmed and Julienne cut
2-3 Tbsp Coconut oil or of choice
2 Shallots sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 dates chopped
1 1/2-2 Braggs Liquid Aminos (sub with Tamari)
Heat oil on medium-high heat. Add Shallots, garlic, and dates. Cook 30 seconds until golden in color then add chard and Braggs. Cook for 5 minutes until Chard is wilted. Serve as a side and enjoy.
