2 cups water
1 cup TVP
1-2 garlic cloves minced
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper/ 1 de-seeded minced serrano pepper
