Lentil Loaf



Ingredients:
1/2 lb green/brown lentils soaked and cooked
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp parsley
1 garlic clove minced
1 stalk celery finely sliced
1/2 small onion finely chopped
1 cup oats
1 egg opt 
Salt & Pepper to Taste 

1/2 cup or more Ketchup for glaze 

Directions:
Blend all ingredients except the ketchup or all ingredients except the oats and celery. Pour the blended mixture into a greased baking dish and/or stir in oats and celery for texture. Spread the ketchup, covering the entire loaf. Then bake on 375* for an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center and the loaf is firm. Serve with your favorite sides and ENJOY!
