Mexican Chocolate Smoothie (Warming Smoothie)

 
It's never to cold for a smoothie especially one that is guaranteed to warm you up.
 
Ingredients:
2-3 Tbsp cocoa
1/4-/1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 bananas, frozen
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of nutmeg
splash of vanilla
1 TBSP chia seeds
opt 1 TBSP coconut oil
opt dates or agave to taste
water or nondairy milk as desired

 
Directions:
Blend until smoothie and desired consistency, adding water/nondairy milk as necessary. ENJOY!
